Pertubuhan Pengguna Sarawak (PPS) is a key organization that acts as a liaison between consumers, authorities, and businesses in Sarawak. Its primary role is to promote fair market practices, educate the public on consumer rights, and assist in resolving disputes.

- Acts as a bridge between the Public (Awam), Government (Kerajaan), and Businesses (Peniaga).
- Promotes fair market practices and consumer education.
